Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the intake manifold tuning valve.
  3. Unbolt and reposition the power steering pump reservoir bracket.

  4. Remove the intake manifold tuning valve bolts.
  5. Remove the intake manifold tuning valve.
