Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT WARNING .
  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal cable.
  2. Remove the engine under cover.
  3. Remove the v-ribbed belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement
  4. Remove the terminal cap.
  5. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from terminal B.
  6. Disconnect the generator connector and 2 harness clamps.

  7. Remove the 2 bolts and generator assembly.

  8. Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket.
  9. Remove the generator assembly.
