Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the electrical exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve electrical connector.
  3. Remove the EGR valve retaining bolts.
  4. Remove the EGR valve.
