Installation Procedure

  1. Install the liftgate striker (2) to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Secure the striker with the 2 bolts (2).

    Tighten:  Tighten the rear compartment lid lock striker bolts to 11.5 N.m (9 lb ft).

  3. Install the liftgate sill trim plate. Refer to Liftgate Door Sill Plate Replacement .
