Installation Procedure

  1. Install the intake manifold runner control solenoid (1) to the manifold.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the intake manifold runner control solenoid to manifold retaining bolts (2) to intake manifold runner control solenoid.

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake manifold runner control solenoid bolts (2) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to Lower Intake Manifold Replacement .
