Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the air cleaner to chassis retaining bolts (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the air cleaner to chassis bolts to 9 N.m (78 lb in).

  3. Install the air cleaner element Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement 
  4. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .
