Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement .
  2. Remove the front floor console side trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  3. Remove the instrument panel extension trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Replacement .
  4. Remove the tape from the data link resistor (1).
  5. Disconnect the data link resistor (1) from the instrument panel harness.
