Headlamp Replacement

1	Front Headlamp Assembly Bolt (Qty: 4) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in) Procedure Remove the two upper headlamp bolts from the upper tie bar and front fender bracket. Remove the two lower headlamp bolts from the motor rail bracket. Remove the inner upper grille fascia push-pin. Pull the lamp forward until the lamp disengages from the lower bracket. Push the lower inside corner of the headlamp inboard until the outer lens releases from under the outer fender flange. Rock the headlamp composite side to side and pull outward.
2	Headlamp Assembly Tip: Disconnect the headlamp bulb electrical connectors.
3	J Nut (Qty: 3)

Procedure

Remove the two upper headlamp bolts from the upper tie bar and front fender bracket.
Remove the two lower headlamp bolts from the motor rail bracket.
Remove the inner upper grille fascia push-pin.
Pull the lamp forward until the lamp disengages from the lower bracket.
Push the lower inside corner of the headlamp inboard until the outer lens releases from under the outer fender flange.
Rock the headlamp composite side to side and pull outward.

Headlamp Assembly
Tip: Disconnect the headlamp bulb electrical connectors.
