Installation Procedure

Install the clutch pressure plate (3) and driven plate (2) to the dowel pins on the flywheel (1).
Install the clutch pressure plate bolts finger tight.
Install a suitable clutch alignment arbor in order to align the clutch driven plate to the clutch pilot bearing.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Tighten the clutch pressure plate bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the clutch pressure plate bolts in sequence shown to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).
Adjust the pressure plate assembly. Refer to Clutch Pressure Plate Adjustment .
Install the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Manual Transmission - Tremec 6-Speed.
