Removal Procedure

Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
Disconnect the wiper control switch harness connector (1) by depressing the harness retaining tab and pulling the connectors apart.

Press the 2 tabs (1) that retain the wiper control switch (2) to the column (3).

Lift up the wiring harness connector retaining tabs on each side of the wiper control switch and pull the connector (1) from the switch.
Remove the wiper switch assembly.
