Installation Procedure

IMPORTANT: Reversing the installation of the exhaust pipe may result in failure of the component and/or customer dissatisfaction.
  1. Install a NEW exhaust pipe gasket.

  2. Install the exhaust pipe to the right catalytic converter.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the exhaust pipe to right catalytic converter nuts. Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
  4. Install the muffler. Refer to Muffler Replacement .
