Circuit/System Testing

  1. Test for 5-6 volts between the speaker signal (+) and return (-) circuits during the short condition.
    • If the voltage is below the specified value, test or repair the short to ground on the suspect circuit.
    • If the voltage is above the specified value, test or repair the short to B+ on the suspect circuit.
