Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the RH lower insulator panel. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Lower in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
    2. Fig 1: HVAC Module & Components

  2. Disconnect the HVAC module wiring harness from the recirculation housing wire harness retainer.
  3. Remove the recirculation actuator mounting screws.
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.
