Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EGR valve outlet pipe (1).
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the EGR outlet pipe bolt (3) to the intake manifold.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  4. Install the EGR outlet pipe nut (2) to the EGR valve inlet adapter pipe.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  5. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement .
