Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement .
  2. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) outlet pipe bolt (3) from the intake manifold.
  3. Remove the EGR outlet pipe nut (2) from the EGR valve inlet adapter pipe.
  4. Remove the EGR valve outlet pipe (1).
