Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left sound insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
    2. Fig 1: Locating Instrument Panel Module

  2. Remove the fastener (2) from the Instrument Panel Module (IPM).
  3. Rotate the IPM up and out of the IP retainer.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the IPM (1).
