Installation Procedure

  1. Position the fascia extension to the fascia.

  3. Install the spring clips starting at the center of the fascia extension and working outward.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the screws to the front fender liner at the front of the front bumper fascia.

    Tighten:  Tighten the front fender liner to fascia screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  7. Using new plastic rivits, install the 2 plastic rivits to the front bumper fascia extension corner and front fender liner.

  9. Install the lower fascia support. Refer toFascia Support Replacement - Front Bumper Lower (Impala)  or Fascia Support Replacement - Front Bumper Lower (Monte Carlo)  in Bumpers.
  10. Lower the vehicle.
