Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front seat adjuster to the seat cushion frame.

  3. Install the seat back recliner cable to the recessed space on the right and on the left sides of the seat cushion frame.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the bolts to the front seat adjuster.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 43 N.m (32 lb ft).

  6. Install the handle to the front seat adjuster.

  8. Connect the electrical connectors to the front seat adjuster motors.
  9. Install the front seat belt buckle. Refer to the following procedures in Seat Belts:
  10. Install the inner cushion trim cover. Refer to Seat Cushion Inner Trim Panel Replacement - Front .
  11. Install the outer cushion trim cover. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat .
  12. Install the bucket seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  13. If the vehicle is equipped with memory seats, calibrate the seat. Refer to Memory Seat Calibration Procedure .
