Installation Procedure

  1. Loosely install the stabilizer shaft to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the stabilizer shaft links to the stabilizer shaft. Do not tighten at this time.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the insulator clamps and bolts to the frame.

    Tighten:  Tighten the stabilizer shaft clamp bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  5. Tighten the stabilizer link nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the stabilizer shaft link nut to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  6. Install the left tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
