Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Lumbar Clips & Front Seat Frame

  1. If equipped, position the lumbar on the seat frame. Install the lumbar clips to the seat frame.
  2. Install the seat back pad. Refer to Seat Back Pad Replacement - Front .
  3. Install the seat back frame to the seat adjuster.
  4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the bolts that secure the frame to the adjuster,

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

  7. Install the seat pan bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

  9. Install the seat cushion trim and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Front .
  10. Install the seat trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat .
  11. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket .
