Installation Procedure

  1. Install the bracket (1) to the theft deterrent module (3), if removed.
  2. Install the theft deterrent module (3) with bracket (1) to the vehicle.
  3. Secure the theft deterrent module bracket (1) with the screw (2).
  4. Connect the theft deterrent module electrical connector (4).
  5. Install the instrument panel compartment door. Refer to COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) in Instrument Panel Gauges and Console.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
