Removal Procedure

  1. Place front door window in the halfway down position.
  2. Remove the run channel weather-strip from the window (1).
  3. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (PONTIAC)  or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (CHEVROLET)  .
  4. Remove the front door water reflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  5. Remove the nuts which retain the front door window to the window regulator.
  6. Remove the front door window (1) from the front door.

  7. Remove the sash rivet (1) from the sash.
  8. Remove the sash (2) from the window.
