Installation Procedure

  1. Position the rear run channel (1) in the front door.
  2. Lift up the rear channel to install the top clip.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the window rear channel bolt (2).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the lower window channel bolt 6 N.m (53 lb.in).

  4. Install the reveal molding.
  5. Install the front door window. Refer to WINDOW REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  6. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  7. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (PONTIAC)  or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (CHEVROLET)  .
