Removal Procedure

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure
in Engine Electrical.
Disconnect the automatic transmission cable from the selector lever.

Remove the range select lever cable from the cable bracket.

Remove the front floor console. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor in Body - Instrument Panel and Console
Remove the range select lever cable from the automatic transmission control.

Remove the cable grommet at the cowl.
Remove the cable from the vehicle.
