Installation Procedure

Important: Inspect the rubber mounts for damage before installing the radiator.

Install the radiator.
Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the radiator. Refer to OIL COOLER LINES QUICK CONNECT FITTING .

Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
Using the J38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
Install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD REPLACEMENT .
Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
Using the J38185 reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the radiator.

Install the coolant recovery reservoir hose to the radiator.
Reposition the coolant recovery hose clamp to the radiator.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
