Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - Door .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - Door .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from all components in door.
  4. Remove the wiring harness grommet (3) from door (1).
  5. Remove the crosscar and front side door wiring harness from door.
  6. Support the door in preparation for the door removal.
  7. Remove the upper (2) and the lower hinge nuts (4).
  8. With the aid of an assistant, remove the door from vehicle.
