Removal Procedure

Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
Remove the catalytic converter hanger bolts.
Remove the catalytic converter hanger.

Loosen the exhaust manifold pipe nuts (1) (left side).

Loosen the exhaust manifold pipe nuts (1) (right side).

Remove the catalytic converter nuts (1) (left side).

Remove the catalytic converter nuts (1) (right side).

Slide the crossover pipe rearward.
Remove the crossover pipe off the studs on the left and right catalytic converters.
Slide the crossover pipe out of the exhaust muffler.
