Reverse Servo: Removal
- Remove the throttle body air inlet duct. Use a large flat-blade tool in order to depress the reverse servo cover. See Fig 1
.
- Use a small flat-blade tool in order to remove the retaining ring. See Fig 2
. Use a small flat-blade tool in order to pull the O-ring seal out through the slot in the case. Use side cutting pliers in order to cut the servo cover O-ring seal.
- Depress the reverse servo cover, grasp one end of the cut seal and pull the seal out of the servo cover.
- Use a large flat-blade tool in order to depress the reverse servo cover, grasp one end of the cut seal and pull the seal out of the servo cover.
- Remove the reverse servo cover. See Fig 2
. Remove the servo assembly. Remove the servo spring.
