Removal Procedure

Tools Required

J 39822 Wiper Arm Puller. See Special Tools and Equipment .

Turn the ignition ON.
Turn the wiper switch to DELAY.
Turn the ignition OFF when the wiper arms are paused at the bottom of the wipe pattern.
Disconnect the washer hose from the wiper arm.
Remove the wiper arm nut cover.

Remove the wiper arm nut.
Using the J 39822, remove the wiper arm from the wiper transmission.
