Removal Procedure

NOTE:
When removing body panels, apply tape to corners of panel and adjacent surfaces to help prevent paint damage.
- Apply tape to panel and adjacent surfaces.
- Remove the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement .
- Remove the hood hinge. Refer to Hood Hinge Replacement .
- Remove the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
- Remove the washer solvent container from the right fender. Refer to WASHER SOLVENT CONTAINER REPLACEMENT .
- Remove the rocker finish panel. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT -- ROCKER PANEL .
- Remove the bolts from the fender at the door hinge pillar.
- Remove the bolts from the fender at the rocker panel.
- Remove the bolts from the fender at the front compartment side rail.
- Remove the bolts from the fender at the lower engine compartment side rail.
- Remove the fender from the vehicle.
