Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front bucket seats. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket in Seats.
  2. Remove the rear seats. Refer to the following procedures in Seats:
  3. Remove the rear seats anchor plate bezels. Refer to Carpet Trim Plate Replacement - Rear Floor  .
  4. Remove the rear cargo tray anchors, if equipped.
  5. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor (Aztek) or Console Replacement - Front Floor (Rendezvous) in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  6. Remove the front and rear door sill plates. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement - Front  and Door Sill Plate Replacement - Rear  .
  7. Remove the endgate sill plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement - Endgate  .
  8. Remove the front cowl trim panels. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Cowl Side  .
  9. Remove the center pillar lower trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Center Pillar  .
  10. Remove the rear lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower (Aztek)  or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower (Rendezvous)  .
  11. Remove the carpet from the vehicle.
