Entering Programming Mode

Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Remove MALL PGM (10-amp) fuse from instrument panel fuse block, located in glove box. Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Feature customization mode is now entered. Seat belt indicator will flash, and chime will sound 2, 3 or 4 times to indicate type of BCM used in vehicle. Ensure installed BCM is compatible with features available on vehicle. Replace BCM if necessary. If correct BCM is installed, customize appropriate system(s) (if equipped). See REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM CUSTOMIZATION  . To exit customization mode after programming is complete, turn ignition switch to OFF position, then reinstall MALL PGM fuse.
