Lighting Systems Diagnostic System Check

  1. If Body Control Module (BCM) diagnostic system test was performed, go to next step. If BCM diagnostic system test was not performed, go to BODY CONTROL MODULE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
  2. If DTC 002 was not retrieved, go to next step. If DTC 002 was retrieved, go to DTC 002: PROTECTED BATTERY FEED TO COURTESY LIGHTS SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE OR GROUND  under DIAGNOSTIC TESTS.
  3. If DTC 003 was not retrieved, repair lighting system as necessary. See appropriate lighting systems wiring diagram. If DTC 003 was retrieved, go to DTC 003: COURTESY LIGHTS GROUND CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE  under DIAGNOSTIC TESTS.
