Powertrain Control Module (PCM) uses the 5-volt reference No. 1 circuit as a sensor feed to Throttle Position (TP) sensor and Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. PCM monitors voltage on 5-volt reference No. 1 circuit.
