Code Enable Criteria

For DTC to run, the following conditions must be met:

• DTCs P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0125, P1114, P1115, P1121, and P1122 are not set. The engine speed is between 1650-3000 RPM.
• MAP is less than 49 kPa.
• Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is more than 140°F (60°C).
• Throttle angle is more than zero percent.
• Engine run time is more than 10 seconds.
• Ignition voltage is more than 10 volts.

DTC will set when PCM determines that this frequency is less than expected amount for more than 9 seconds.
