Removal Procedure

Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE in General Information.
Remove intermediate pipe to muffler nuts.

Disconnect the exhaust muffler rear hanger insulators from the exhaust muffler.
Remove the exhaust muffler.
