Removal & Installation: Radio: Installation

  1. Connect coaxial cable connector to radio.
  2. Connect electrical/audio harness connectors to radio.
  3. Install radio to instrument panel.
  4. Align radio control locator tab to instrument panel locator hole while carefully pressing radio into instrument panel until fully seated.
  5. Install radio screws. Tighten radio screws to 22 INCH lbs. (2.5 N.m).
  6. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
  7. Perform radio set-up procedure. See RADIO SETUP  under PROGRAMMING.
