DTC U1305 cannot be retrieved with a current status. Diagnosis of U1305 is accomplished by performing, TEST B: SCAN TOOL DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CLASS 2 DEVICE  under SYSTEM TESTS. An intermittent condition is likely to be caused by a short to ground or voltage on class 2 serial data circuit. Use Scan Tool Does Not Communicate with a Class 2 Device procedure to isolate an intermittent condition.
