Code Enable Criteria

Conditions for running DTC:

• DTC will only run once per ignition cycle within enabling conditions.
• DTCs P0112, P0113, P0117, P0118, P1111, P1112, P1114 or P1115 is not set.
• Minimum air temperature is greater than 19°F (-7°C).
• Start-up engine coolant temperature is less than 104°F (40°C).
• Region 1 - Air temperature greater than 50°F (10°C) and start-up engine coolant temperature is greater than 14°F (-10°C).
• Region 2 - Air temperature greater than 19°F (-7°C) and start-up engine coolant temperature is 19-50°F (-7°C to 10°C).
• Region 3 - Air temperature greater than 19°F (-7°C) and start-up engine coolant temperature is -40°F to 19°F (-40°C to -7°C).

Conditions for setting DTC:

• Region 1 - Engine run time is more than 6 seconds in order to achieve closed-loop temperature of 14°F (-10°C). Calibrated minimum amount of airflow has been exceeded. Maximum idle time has been less than 5 seconds.
• Region 2 - Engine run time is more than 154 seconds in order to achieve closed-loop temperature of 14°F (-10°C). Calibrated minimum amount of airflow has been exceeded. Maximum idle time has been less than 120 seconds.
• Region 3 - Engine run time is more than 287 seconds in order to achieve closed-loop temperature of 14°F (-10°C). Calibrated minimum amount of airflow has been exceeded. Maximum idle time has been less than 225 seconds.
