Window Motor (Rear): Removal

  1. Remove door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL  .
  2. Remove water deflector.
  3. Remove speaker.
  4. Disconnect window from regulator carrier plate. See Figure .
  5. Position window in full up position and tape it to window frame.
  6. Disconnect harness connector from window regulator motor.
  7. Loosen bolts on window regulator motor.
  8. Loosen bolts on window regulator rail.
  9. Remove window regulator, lifting up and out from key slots on rear door inner panel and through rear access hole.
