Seat Back: Installation

  1. Install front seat back onto front seat cushion.
  2. Install wiring harnesses to heated seat and to side air bag through front seat cushion and frame area.
  3. Install back to seat cushion frame.
  4. Install left front bolts to seat back recliner hinge. Tighten bolts to 30 ft lbs. (40 N.m).
  5. Install right front bolts to seat back recliner hinge. Tighten bolts to 30 ft lbs. (40 N.m).
  6. Install recliner cable ends to seat back recliner hinge.
  7. Install outer trim panel to front seat cushion.
  8. Install inner trim panel to front seat cushion.
  9. Inspect seat back for proper operation.
  10. Install front seat.
