Conditions for Running

Cold Start

The Barometric (BARO) pressure is more than 74 kPa.
The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is below 95°F (35°C).
The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is below 95°F (35°C).
The difference between the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) and the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 11°F (6°C) or less.
The battery voltage is between 9-18 volts.
The fuel level is between 1/4 and 3/4.
