DTC 41: Last Transmitter Message Received Valid: Description

Digital Radio Frequency (RF) message received from remote keyless entry system transmitter was valid, and all security checks passed. No malfunction is present. Transmitter should operate all functions properly (i.e., lock, unlock, etc.).

If remote keyless entry system transmitter digital RF message is sent, but DTC 41 is not set as well (or any other DTC 42-45), transmitter may be defective. If remote keyless entry system transmitter digital RF message is sent and DTC 41 is set, but corresponding function does not operate, Body Control Module (BCM) or harness may be defective.
