Trunk Lid Release Does Not Operate Properly From Transmitters
- Disconnect RKE module connector C2. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Check for battery voltage at module connector C2, terminal "B" (Yellow wire). If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, check for open circuit or short to ground in Yellow wire.
- Disconnect RKE module connector C1. Connect jumper wire between module connector C1, terminal "B" (Black/White wire) and voltage. Trunk lid release solenoid should activate. If trunk lid release solenoid does not activate, check Black/White wire for open circuit. If Black/White wire is okay, replace solenoid.
