Speedometer Inaccurate

Connect Tech 1 scan tester to Data Link Connector (DLC). Drive vehicle and compare scan tester speed display to instrument cluster speed. If both speeds agree, check for correct tire size, PCM mem-cal, and vehicle speed sensor. If both speeds do not agree, replace IPC.
