Removal & Installation: Compressor: Removal

- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner. Discharge A/C system using approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Remove radiator overflow reservoir. Remove drive belt. Remove engine torque strut and bracket.
- Remove radiator cooling fans (if equipped) and upper radiator mounting panel. Unplug compressor clutch and switch connectors. Remove fitting block and hose assembly from rear of compressor. Remove mounting bracket bolts and brackets. Remove compressor.
