Using Tech 1 Scan Tool: Notes

Connect Tech 1 scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC), located under instrument panel, to right of steering column. Follow scan tool manufacturer's instructions to retrieve stored DTCs.

If multiple DTCs are displayed, begin diagnosis with code that is displayed first. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)  table. Diagnose all codes in the order displayed by Tech 1 scan tool.
