Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor

The ECT is located in intake manifold. Low coolant temperature results in resistance of approximately 100 k/ohms at -40°F (-40°C). As temperature rises, resistance drops to approximately 70 ohms at 266°F (130°C).
