Keyless Entry Transmitter Lock Function Inoperative

  1. Use a test light and backprobe between keyless entry receiver C2 connector terminal "E" (Light Blue wire) and ground. Observe test light and operate keyless entry transmitter door button. If test light does not flash on once, check for poor connection. If connection is okay, replace keyless entry receiver.
  2. If test light does flash on once, backprobe with test light between power door lock relay connector terminal "A" and ground. While observing test light, operate keyless entry transmitter door button.
  3. If test light does not flash, check wiring for an open circuit. If test light does flash, check Gray wire for an open or short to ground between power door relay terminal "B" and splice.
