Ignition Switch: Removal

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove lower instrument panel trim panel(s) from base of steering column to access ignition switch mounted on column. Remove dimmer switch. See DIMMER SWITCH  . Lift and remove ignition switch from actuator rod. Disconnect electrical connectors from ignition switch.
